- All rates are quoted in $US and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates do not include gratuities, telephone, meals and F&B, car rentals/drivers.
Reservation / Payments
- $1,000 deposit and a completed reservation form are required to confirm your reservation
- Payment can be made by Visa Card, Master Card or direct bank deposit.
- Bank details for your deposit are on your reservation form.
- Transfer charges are the responsibility of the client.
- Balance of payment to be paid two months before arrival, either by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation / Refunds
- Deposit of $1000 will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled 61 days or more, prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival date are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the total rate.
- Cancellations made once the rental period has commenced are non-refundable.
Check in and check out
- Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am. Late check out, if available, can be organised for half the normal daily rate, ie $325.
